Swedish & Deep tissue Massage
Swedish massage is a gentle full-body massage that’s great for people who are new to massage, want to release tension, or desire gentle touch.
Deep tissue massage is a massage technique that’s mainly used to treat musculoskeletal issues, such as strains and sports injuries. This helps to break up scar tissue that forms following an injury and reduce tension in muscle and tissue. It may also promote faster healing by increasing blood flow and reducing inflammation.
Hot stone massage
Hot stone massage is best for people who have muscle pain and tension or who simply want to relax. This type of therapeutic massage is similar to a Swedish massage, only the massage therapist uses heated stones in lieu of or in addition to their hands.
Out call/mobile massage
Out call massage refers to a massage service where the therapist travels to the patient’s location, such as their home or hotel or hospital, rather than the patient going to the massage studio.
Rates:
At Studio
- 30 mins / $90 plus GST
- 45 mins/ $110 plus GST
- 60 mins/ $130 plus GST
- 75 mins/ $ 170 plus GST
- 90 mins/ $ 200 plus GST
Out call
- 60 mins/$210 plus travelling fee
- 120 mins/$420 plus travelling fee
Note: Based on the distance, the travelling fee various from $50 to $100
Direct billing to insurance companies or the third parties
Currently, we do direct billing to Pacific Blue Cross, Sun Life, Green Shield Canada, SSQ insurance, Empire Life, Medic Construction(Green Shield Canada); and all the insurers under Telus Health.
We do direct billing to all the insurers which have icons below:

cancellation policy
Thumbs-up RMT studio has “24 hours cancellation” policy which means Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice to cancel their appointments, or miss their appointments, will be charged the full cost of the appointments.
